Watch Band Sizing

If your watch doesn't quite fit right, and you're looking to get your watch band adjusted, we're happy to help. Our skilled in-house technicians can adjust your watch band or bracelet to be the perfect fit for you.

Crystal Replacement

Accidentally cracking the crystal on your beloved watch can make your stomach drop. We have a large inventory of crystals ranging from original pocket watch crystals to modern sapphire crystals. If we don't have it in stock, we can purchase the correct crystal to fit your timepiece.

Crown Replacement

When you want to change the time on your watch, you need to pull out the watch crown. If your watch also includes a date or day/date function, you can use the watch crown to change that as well. In the event that the crown of your watch becomes separated from its housing, you should not attempt to restore it on your own. Bring in your watch to have our experts evaluate the crown!

Stem Replacement

The stem is the part of the watch that connects the crown to the movement of the timepiece. The watchmaker may, on occasion, find it necessary to replace both the crown and the stem of the watch at the same time. It is dependent on the age of the present crown as well as the state of the crown. An older crown may get stuck to the stem, making it extremely difficult to remove. When this happens, the old stem breaks off within the crown, which means that the crown has to be replaced.

Re-Glue Dial Markers

After regular wear, the markers on your watch dial may come unglued, making it hard to read the correct time. Let us reglue your watch dial marker or markers to ensure you can always tell the right time.
